We offer the following options to our customers:
- Free shipping on all regular post orders and AUD$12.00 flat rate for all express post orders within Australia
- For international purchases a flat rate of AUD$25.00 will be charged
All prices above include GST and other taxes and duty where applicable.
You will be sent an Order Confirmation email on the day that your order is dispatched, the email includes a tracking number so that you can follow your order through to delivery.
All of our items are made with love, care and attention to detail ensuring you get the highest quality product.
For pre-order items, your order will be dispatched by the date nominated on the product. Shipping will depend on your selection of either standard or express post and local delivery times will apply.
In Stock Items
For domestic delivery, your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. Standard postage times then apply. If your order does not arrive you can track your order using auspost.com.au/track/ and the tracking number supplied in your Order Confirmation email.
For express post, your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Express postage times then apply. Your order can be tracked using
auspost.com.au/track/ and the tracking number supplied in your Order Confirmation email.
For International delivery, your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Standard postage times then apply, which are typically 15 - 20 business days but can be longer. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the tracking number supplied in your Order Confirmation email.
If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these on the delivery instructions as you are checking out.
Refunds & Returns
We all know sometimes it can be a bit hit and miss when shopping online, that is why we offer our customers the following options:
If an item is faulty, if you have selected the wrong size and an alternative size in the same style is unavailable or if the style does not suit you then we will fully refund you for the purchase price of your items.
The refund must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery and the item(s) must be received by Maggie the Label for a refund to be issued. The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its(their) original condition with all tags intact. The customer will bear all costs associated with return postage.
For exchanges, item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
The exchange item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its(their) original condition with all tags intact. We will then ensure that the new item is dispatched within 5 business days.
The customer will bear all costs associated with return postage.
Your Privacy is super important to us and we are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act as well as other applicable legislation.
The reason why we collect your personal information is to create orders and provide services. We promise not share your personal information with any third parties and will not add you to our mailing services unless you have requested to be added.
Authority to Leave
By proceeding with a purchase the customer gives the authority to leave packages at their doorstep. Should the customer not intend to give this authority, an email should be sent to email@example.com by the customer stating that they do not give authority to leave packages at their doorstep. The customer's order will then be dispatched accordingly.
